Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high demand.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in processing delays or order cancellations.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at contact@blissko.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

Delayed Delivery

At BLISSKO, we understand the importance of timely delivery. However, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, transportation disruptions, courier delays, or customs processing may impact shipping times.

We will keep you updated regarding any delays, but please note that BLISSKO is not responsible for delays beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the courier directly for further assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. However, once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of our shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@blissko.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen packages. Most courier companies have a claim process for lost or stolen packages and they may require additional information from you to complete the process. Also, we will contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Please note that BLISSKO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process and this fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue. If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
