Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be modified. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We stand by our products and encourage you to give them at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return your items anytime between Day 14 and Day 60 under our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon arrival. However, minor packaging issues (e.g., dented boxes) that do not affect the product itself are not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@blyssko.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will offer a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver orders promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly. BLYSSKO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an error is made, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, resends, or refunds due to incorrect addresses.
